Heatherdale Pre-School, situated in a natural bush setting, offers both a 3 and 4 year old program promoting learning for life. Emphasis is placed on the child's social development while fostering those skills that are essential to carrying him/her through to the prep year of primary school.

 

The children are involved in a variety of stimulating indoor activities such as cooking, drama, multicultural activities, a specialised music program, special days, PMP, along with tasks developing creative, perceptual and motor skills.

 

Outdoors is not only spent practising those necessary social skills, but guided play is also used to encourage the child to extend him/herself while running, jumping, climbing and digging with a purpose.  We have an experienced, reliable staff team with strong parent support.
