Nunawading Kindergarten provides a broad curriculum that allows the children to experience a balance of academic, artistic and practical activities of learning. Staff are dedicated to educating the whole child by creating and supporting a genuine love of learning within each child. By freely using arts and activities to encourage academic learning, children gain an internal motivation to learn which results in independent, capable and self-directed students.

 

The program is enhanced by the opportunity to use school facilities and the children regularly have access to the gym, library, kitchen/garden, ICT suite, music room and performance hall. We offer extended hours on a Thursday afternoon.  Fees are kept to a minimum with a small refundable maintenance levy. Subsidies are available to Health Care Card holders.
