Parkside Pre-School has been serving the community for over 50 years. We are situated on a large block, attractively planted with well established trees and shrubs, overlooking Hagenauer Reserve.

 

We offer a program that is specifically designed to meet the needs of children aged 3-6 years. The children are able to explore and experience many activities, both new and familiar. They have the opportunity to investigate topics of interest in a way that is meaningful to them. The children are encouraged to be responsible for their own learning and to develop self-motivation.

 

Excursions and learning from visitors to the centre are also incorporated into the program. Early literacy and numeracy skills are emphasised and the children are encouraged to develop a sense of independence, while learning to become active and co-operative members of a group.
