We offer a comprehensive programme where each child's needs and interests are catered for. Children are encouraged to work at their own pace and a love of learning is also fostered. We build on confidence and self-esteem and role-playing is also encouraged.

 

We cover all developmental areas namely motor skills, cognitive function, language and social/emotional interaction. Subject areas such as maths, literacy, science, art, drama, cooking and physical education are all implemented using a variety of structured and non-structured experiences which are mainly play based.

 

We run our program using themes and offer excursions and special days for the children. In preparation for school the children learn to write their name as well as the alphabet and numbers. We implement a transitional program with the children and a report on each child is passed into the school they are to attend. Parents are encouraged to be involved as much as they would like to be and we like to work in a partnership with parents toward a common goal of assisting the children to reach their full potential.

 

We believe that the time spent at kindergarten is not only of enormous benefit, but also very enjoyable and a special time for each child.
